The owner Michael Brown has lived in the Charlotte region for more than 45 years and has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in real estate brokerage, development and construction. 
His experience includes representing clients with all types of land brokerage for development. Also he is involved with apartments, office, industrial warehouse, NASCAR shops, 1031 exchanges and investment sales.

Mike started his commercial real estate career with Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate and was a founding partner and vice president of Southeast Commercial Real Estate before starting his own firm, Cole Commercial Real Estate Advisors.

He has received numerous sales and achievement awards from his peers in real estate over the years.
