Lee Ann Brown was born in Charlotte. As a teen she spent time in Eastern Virginia as a "Real Estate Brat" for ten years. Missing Charlotte she moved back in 1983. Licensed in 1994, she started in residential real estate, always more interested in the commercial side, opportunity came knocking in 2015 when she started with a residential firm and became involved with Commercial purchase and leasing.  Lee Ann is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and a Graduate of the 2016 Leadership Academy.  She participates in the Housing Opportunity Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the CRRA and served as chair of the Fair and Affordable Housing Advisory Group.  She is also a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors.
